Amazon.com Review
In this new design for classic whisks, the individual beaded wires make short work of both mixing and washing. Eleven long wires surround one shorter one, and with the independent movement and extra weight provided by the end bead, air is incorporated much more thoroughly into whisked food. For example, a pint of chilled cream whipped about 30% faster, while eggs for omelets took about five seconds. Washing is simpler, too. There are no little crevices for thickened liquid to get caught in, and it's dishwasher-safe. If there is any drawback at all, it's that you may overbeat food the first use or two--after that, you're sure to remember to adjust the time. --Jill Lightner
